Vortreks (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a web-based analytics and marketing dashboard application (the “Service”) that integrates with Google services including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile, including authorized review viewing and owner/manager review-reply management.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect user data.

Information We Collect

When you use the Service, we may collect and process the following data:
• Google account identifiers (via OAuth authentication)
• Google Ads account data (campaigns, metrics, performance data)
• Google Analytics data
• Google Search Console data
• Google Business Profile account, location, review, and owner/manager review-reply data for profiles the signed-in user is authorized to manage
• Basic profile information (name, email address)

We only access profiles and data explicitly authorized through Google OAuth. API access does not allow Vortreks to access Business Profiles that the signed-in user is not permitted to manage.

How We Use Information

We use collected data solely to:
• Display analytics and performance dashboards
• Generate reports and insights
• Display authorized Business Profile reviews and allow verified-location owners and managers to create, update, or delete their own review replies
• Maintain and improve the Service
• Provide customer support

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Google API Services Compliance

Vortreks’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Storage and Security
• Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely
• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service.

Upon request, we will revoke access and delete stored data within a reasonable timeframe.

The Service relies on Google APIs and services. Use of those services is subject to Google’s own privacy policies.
