Clients are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and timely information, access, materials, and approvals needed for the work. Clients confirm they have permission to provide any logos, photographs, copy, customer data, credentials, or other materials supplied to Vortreks.
Vortreks retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, systems, templates, processes, know-how, and proprietary methods. Ownership or license rights for final client deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement. Each party should protect non-public business information received from the other and use it only for the authorized purpose.
Our work or website may use or link to third-party platforms, hosting providers, advertising networks, analytics tools, payment processors, or social media services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Vortreks is not responsible for changes, outages, policy decisions, or performance of third-party services outside our control.
When you voluntarily check the SMS consent box on a Vortreks form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Vortreks at the mobile number you provide. Messages may relate to your inquiry, customer support, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Vortreks. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
